I awoke orbiting the Earth, with quite some velocity.
I remember coating myself with my chitinous combat armour to check the exterior hull of DoS as we'd taken some damage from unknown sources, I had to evaluate the damage to the ship. I climbed out through the airlock and waked along the hull, I was just coming up to the POI when, when.

Something hit me, something very powerful hit me. Knocked me off the hull. I'm memorising this down in the armour's memory storage. At my current velocity I calculate that I've made about 9 orbits since waking up four hours ago. The only thing that would cause an orbital velocity like that is a meteor or a missile.
So either we're just unlucky or we are under attack.

From the looks of the DoS, it was a meteor, there is no ship anywhere near the relatively intact DoS.
My cells have adapted to respire and photosynthesise my air intake. However without suitable sustenance my body will begin to decay to preserve primary functions. I calculate that will begin in approx. 3 days.

Well, it certainly didn't take long for things to go to hell. I don't know; this installment feels...disconnected from the others...
